Our Philosophy

DiCara Law was founded on the philosophy that a lawyer should offer skilled guidance, advice and counsel to help clients through the milestones in their life.  We take our roles as advocate, advisor and counselor seriously.  At DiCara Law we believe every client is unique and needs to be treated as an individual.  We understand how important their legal situation is to them. We strive to provide the information and advice you will need to make informed decisions regarding your legal matter.

Attorney Phyllis M. DiCara

Since her career began in 1982, Attorney DiCara has focused on the legal needs of individuals and their families.  After working as an associate and partner, Attorney DiCara opened her own practice in 1993.  Since that time her focus has continued to be helping individuals and their families through the life’s milestones.

Attorney DiCara has learned through the years that, as similar as people and circumstances may be, each person carries their own individual desires and needs.   She respects each client’s uniqueness and individuality; always searching for options for you.  Attorney DiCara will make sure you are fully involved in the legal process to find the course of action that works best for you and your family.
